Human Resources Consultant
Born in Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture and raised in Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture in Japan. Graduated from the Faculty of Sociology at Hosei University. After backpacking for a year while at university and studying abroad in New Zealand after graduation, in 2003 during the midst of Japan’s employment ice age began working in sales and school management roles in the English education industry. Having learned the ropes as a salesperson, in 2007 transferred to an Australian recruitment agency and relocated to Melbourne.
After working in various roles from HR recruitment, Melbourne branch manager and company director, resigned at the end of 2014 to start CAREER MEISTER in February 2015. As a professional supporting the entry and business development of Japanese companies into the Australian market from a human resources perspective, boasts a track record of introducing candidates to over 100 companies, conducting over 5,000 interviews, and achieving over 500 placements.

Born in Meguro-Ku, Tokyo in Japan but raised in Melbourne. Graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Commerce and Arts. Immigrated to Melbourne with his family when 9 years old after a childhood spent mainly in Southeast Asia. While studying at university, began his career at an accounting firm and after graduation, joined the same firm as a full-time accountant. With the retirement of the principal of that firm in 2007, purchased the practice and commenced his own firm.
Being fluent in both professional English and Japanese, specialises in tax returns for sole traders to small and medium-sized enterprises, outsourced accounting services, preparation of financial documents, and business compliance. Leveraging knowledge and experience of over 20 years, provides specialised and personalised services tailored to each client’s needs to support their business growth and development. Recently, has been involved in the content creation of exam questions for the “Australian Taxation” subject in the CPA Program.

Registered Migration Agent
Born and raised in Auckland, New Zealand. Graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Arts (in International Politics). After spending time in Japan, relocated to Melbourne, Australia in 2004 and joined the (then named) Department of Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs, gaining 6.5 years of experience in areas including executive support, and employer compliance & monitoring.
In 2010, he obtained a Graduate Certificate in Migration Law and Practice from Victoria University and began practicing as a Registered Migration Agent. In September 2011, established Total Migration Services Pty Ltd and has a keen interest in immigration law and policy trends. Primarily manages employer-sponsored visas, along with family visas, general skilled migration, appeals, and other complex visa-related issues.
